Services Offered

I offer compassionate, trauma-informed virtual therapy for individuals and couples across Wisconsin. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or relationship challenges, we’ll work together in a collaborative and supportive space.

Therapy Services Offered

I specialize in virtual therapy for Wisconsin residents, including therapy for anxiety, trauma, substance use, and couples counseling.

  • Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy tailored to your needs, helping you explore patterns, manage distress, and reconnect with yourself.

  • Couples Therapy

Therapy to improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relational stress or life transitions—together.

  • Support for Stay-at-Home Parents

As a former stay-at-home parent, I understand how isolating and emotionally taxing that role can be—especially when support is hard to come by. I offer private pay therapy for parents who may not meet criteria for a diagnosis, but still deserve real, compassionate help. Whether you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply missing a sense of self, therapy can be a space to reconnect and rebuild on your terms.

Session Fees

  • Individual Therapy: $180 for a 55-minute session

  • Couples Therapy: $220 for a 55-minute session

Insurance Options

I’m in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • UnitedHealthcare

  • Oscar

  • Oxford

If your insurance company isn’t listed, you may still be able to work with me using Out-of-Network benefits. I can provide you with a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement. Every plan is different, so be sure to check with your insurance provider.

Private Pay Options

Paying privately gives you more privacy, flexibility, and control over your therapy.

  • No diagnosis required: Your personal information stays between us—not your insurance company.

  • Fewer restrictions: We can focus on what matters to you, even if it doesn’t meet insurance criteria (like stress, relationships, or life changes).

  • Clear, predictable costs: No surprise bills or denied claims.

Private pay isn’t right for everyone, but for many, it offers peace of mind and greater freedom in the therapy process.
